Mr. Andrew C. Msungu

Andrew Charles Msungu is a Tanzanian, currently working in the Department of Informatics and Information Technology at Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. Mr. Msungu did his MSc. Agricultural Information and Communication Management at Egerton University, and BSc. Animal Science at Sokoine University of Agriculture. Mr. Msungu is involved in teaching, research, outreach and Consultancy activities. He is an Animal science subject specialist at the Sokoine National Agricultural Library (SNAL) and was Head, Former Department of Information and Records Studies (DIRS) which is within Sokoine National Agricultural Library (SNAL). His research focuses on Information and communication management which includes Information and Communication for development (ICT4D), Information and communication Technologies (ICT), Knowledge Management, Open Access initiatives, Information user needs and Information systems. Mr. Msungu has published several papers in information management and knowledge sharing. He is involved in several research project activities related to knowledge sharing in East Africa. He is hard working and determined to become an excellent researcher.
