Wanafunzi wa SUA BRIM Wahitimisha Mafunzo ya Vitendo  SNAL, Wasifiwa kwa Juhudi na Kujitolea 

Wanafunzi 50 wa Shahada ya Kwanza ya Rekodi na Mafunzo ya Habari (BRIM) kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Sokoine cha Kilimo (SUA) wakiaga Maktaba ya Taifa ya Kilimo ya Sokoine (SNAL) baada ya kumaliza mpango wa wiki tano wa Mafunzo kwa Vitendo (FPT). Programu hii iliyofanyika katika maktaba za Kampasi ya Edward Moringe na Solomon Mahlangu, ilitoa uzoefu wa vitendo na kupata sifa kutoka kwa usimamizi wa SNAL kwa kujitolea na shauku ya wanafunzi.
Wakati wa FPT yao katika SNAL, kuanzia Machi 13 hadi Aprili 18, karibu wanafunzi hamsini wa BRIM walijishughulisha na kazi mbalimbali zilizolenga kuweka daraja la kujifunza darasani na uzoefu wa vitendo. Majukumu yalijumuisha kupanga, kuweka kidijitali, kupanga na kusafisha hati, kuwapa wanafunzi ujuzi muhimu unaotumika kwa hali halisi katika usimamizi wa maktaba na rekodi.
"Programu ya FPT inakwenda zaidi ya kupata ujuzi; inahusu kutatua matatizo na huduma kwa wateja," alisema msemaji kutoka SUA. "Kwa kufanya kazi pamoja na wafanyakazi wa SNAL, wanafunzi walipata maarifa katika tathmini na usimamizi wa mkusanyiko, na kuweka msingi wa taaluma zao za baadaye."
Katika hafla ya kuwaaga iliyofanyika katika jengo la maktaba ya Kampasi ya Solomon Mahlangu (SMC), uongozi wa SNAL uliwapongeza wanafunzi kwa ushiriki wao wa kupigiwa mfano na kujitolea katika kipindi cha mafunzo. "FPT haikuwa hitaji tu; ilikuwa uzoefu wa maendeleo," alisema Prof W. Mtega, Mkurugenzi wa SNAL akiwakilishwa na Ofisi ya Rasilimali Watu Mwandamizi Bw. Malaki. "Wanafunzi hawa walionyesha ujasiri, kubadilika, na kujitolea kwa ubora ambao utawasaidia vyema katika jitihada zao za baadaye."
Wanafunzi pia walionyesha kuthamini mazingira ya usaidizi katika SNAL, wakizingatia ushirikiano na shauku iliyoonyeshwa na wafanyikazi. "Tulitarajia mazingira magumu na magumu ya mafunzo, lakini badala yake tukajikuta tukikaribishwa kwa mikono miwili," alisema mwanafunzi mmoja. "Uzoefu umeongeza uelewa wetu wa usimamizi wa maktaba."
Kuangalia mbele, usimamizi wa SNAL ulitoa mwaliko wazi kwa wanafunzi kurudi kwa fursa zaidi za kujifunza, ikisisitiza umuhimu wa maendeleo endelevu ya kitaaluma katika uwanja wa Rekodi na Usimamizi wa Habari.
Wanafunzi wa SUA BRIM wakiaga SNAL, wanabeba si tu vyeti vya kuhitimu masomo bali pia maarifa mengi ya vitendo na uzoefu. Muda wao katika SNAL umewapa ujuzi na uthabiti unaohitajika ili kufanya vyema katika nyanja inayobadilika ya usimamizi wa maktaba na rekodi. Kwa shukrani kwa uzoefu wa kuleta mabadiliko, wanatarajia kutumia utaalamu wao mpya katika juhudi za siku zijazo.

Wakati wa mazoezi ya vitendo katika kitengo cha Usimamizi wa Maarifa ambapo Bw. Victor Inyasi (aliyevaa shati la mikono mirefu) akiwaelekeza kwa umakini namna ya kufanya shughuli ndani ya kitengo hicho.

Wanafunzi na wafanyakazi wa maktaba wakipata viburudisho katika hafla fupi ya kuwaaga na kufuatiwa na picha ya pamoja hapa chini.
